A survey was done on some offices. Health care professionals and the assistants were gathered together in a room and asked if they wanted to see more patients. They, of course, answered that they would. They were asked, "Are you sure?" The answer was, "Of course!"
The practitioners and assistants were then moved to separate rooms, and the assistants were asked again, "Do you really want to see more patients?" After a little prodding the answer received may surprise you. The answer was, "No, we can't keep up as it is! There is just too much paperwork to deal with."
