Jim Piccolo, a member of the Real Estate Worldwide Founders Advisory Board, shares his story of success, challenge, attitude, and opportunity.
- (1888PressRelease) November 01, 2012 - SCOTTSDALE, Arizona - Recently several individuals eager to learn more about the new real estate investment education company Real Estate Worldwide, Inc. (REWW) gathered in Scottsdale, Arizona for a two-day Intensive event where Founders Advisory Board Member Jim Piccolo opened up to the group about his life. As a serial entrepreneur, a real estate investor and the founder of a previous real estate education company, Piccolo received numerous insistent requests from REWW CEO Kent Clothier and fellow Founders Advisory Board Member Brent Payne, among others, to share his story of success, challenge, attitude, and opportunity.
"People need to hear what Jim Piccolo has been through and why he's thrilled about the opportunity that REWW presents...," said Payne.
During the Intensive event, Piccolo took attendees through a brief journey of his personal ups and downs as a student athlete, friend, husband, father, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and man. Sharing yearbook pictures to family videos, Piccolo showed attendees how "life is full of surprises" and how his attitude of "never, ever, ever give up" prevailed even in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles ranging from emotional to physical to financial challenges.
Although Piccolo amassed millions of dollars of real estate throughout his investing career, he shared with attendees that he lacked a mentor on the subject. The impact of the market's rapid decline in 2008/2009 led to tremendous financial stress that landed him in the hospital with a life-threatening condition requiring seven months of grueling surgeries and several hospital visits. He recalled his life-changing encounter with Kent Clothier, a partner of the highly successful MemphisInvest.com residential real estate company, and someone he now hails as his "mentor." Piccolo told attendees that "If I can do this after all that I've been through, you can do this....You wouldn't be here right now if you weren't looking to do something amazing with your life...doesn't everybody want to 'make the rest of your life the best of your life?'" He added, "The world is counting on us entrepreneurs...and Mr. Kent Clothier has saved our lives with this opportunity."
Over the past seven years, Kent Clothier and the MemphisInvest.com team developed a real estate investment system and tools that enabled them to create success during one of the worst economic climates in U.S. history. "I wanted to share what I know works to help other entrepreneurs and real estate investors enjoy success too...Jim Piccolo holds the keys to help connect people with this incredible opportunity," said Clothier.
Together with fellow members of the Real Estate Worldwide Founders Advisory Board, comprised of CEO Kent Clothier, Michael Hamburger, Brent Payne, Heather O'Brien, and Mary Piccolo, Jim Piccolo is helping to bring MemphisInvest.com's proven real estate investment systems and tools to real estate investors worldwide. "We have the answer for many entrepreneurs and real estate investors looking to rise above the economic crisis and rebuild their life's dreams and America," said Piccolo.
Real Estate Worldwide has headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ and Boca Raton, FL. The company will officially launch on December 12, 2012.
