Real Estate Investment Services (REIS) Promotes Liz Girouard in Kent, Washington Office
Real Estate Investment Services (REIS), a commercial real estate investment firm with offices throughout Puget Sound, announced that Liz Girouard has been promoted to sales and leasing broker in their Kent office.
- (1888PressRelease) May 01, 2012 - Liz Girouard will work closely with Chad Gleason, REIS owner and managing broker for the Kent office on marketing, leasing, and tenant relations with regard to commercial retail properties located along the I405 and I5 corridor.
"Liz has been a part of the REIS Kent team the past six months in the role of office manager," said Chad Gleason, REIS owner and managing broker at the Kent office. "Her promotion to sales and leasing broker was inevitable given her previous background as a property manager. She has extensive knowledge of the day-to-day management and operation of Class A commercial and retail properties and will put that to good use in her new position with REIS."
Liz held the position of property manager for a wide-ranging office and retail portfolio in Seattle, including the Pike Place Market in Seattle while at Colliers International. Most recently, Liz held the position of assistant investment manager / property manager at Schnitzer West where she was responsible for day-to-day operation and management of the Civic Office Commons, a 306,000 square foot Class A commercial and retail property located in Bellevue, Washington.
