RE/MAX Real Estate Broking Business & Franchise Opportunities In India
RE/MAX organized a couple of events recently in Western India to educate property brokers and those looking for small business ideas or franchise opportunities in real estate in Mumbai, Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- (1888PressRelease) October 20, 2011 - Event #1 (Mumbai): RE/MAX had organized an event titled ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN REAL ESTATE BROKING at Juhu Jagruti Hall, Mithibai College, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai on 14thJuly 2011. The event basically revolved around top franchise ideas in real estate for people who want to be entreprenurers in the Real Estate Market. Their desire to start a real estate broking business or take advantage of small business opportunities is natural; it sounds like easy and fast money-after all, you just need to bring the buyer and seller together. Were it so easy, all property brokers and property agents would be successful Real Estate entrepreneurs. However, to take advantage of real estate opportunities in today's changing world, there are many challenges.
The respected speakers were:
• Manan Choksi: Practicing Chartered Accountant, Educationist and Director in IT-BPO, Regional Director of RE/MAX Gujarat
• Dr. Sanjay M. Chaturvedi: Executive Editor Accommodation Times, Ph.D. Real Estate Finance (14th event)
• Mr. Sandeep Sadh: CEO of Mumbai Property Exchange and founder of The Real Club (28th event)
• Ms. Priya Dalal: Professional Corporate Trainer, MBA HR & Marketing
They shared their wonderful experience with invitees and made them realise that one should always have a vision before to be successful in any field. They taught Entrepreneurial Skills (to run a successful business one needs certain skills like leadership, innovation, vision, and risk taking ability), Real Estate Knowledge (market trends, practices, competitors), Business Plan (key aspects that need to be taken care of to successfully grow a business globally), Resources for Small Business (what resources are needed and how to optimise them) and last but not the least Customer Expectations and Behaviour (the current and future of how customers will demand broking services). These were some of the important topics covered during the discussion between the speakers and prospects.
RE/MAX got a very good response from the Invitees who were from the varied backgrounds such as CEOs, managers looking to enter Real Estate Broking business as entrepreneurs, existing Real Estate Professionals looking to scale up their business, freshers in the Property and Real Estate Industry and many more.
Event #2 (Ahmedabad): Just prior to that, RE/MAX had organized an event on 2nd July, 2011 at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), Ahmedabad on how people from the property broking industry and even those from outside the industry work productively and earn substantially more than an average broker. The participants learnt about the best practices from the World's Largest Real Estate Broking Company. Around 80 participants attended the seminar and got valuable insights from the experienced speakers:
• Manan Choksi: Practicing Chartered Accountant, Educationist and Director in IT-BPO, Regional Director of RE/MAX Gujarat
• Ms. Priya Dalal: Professional Corporate Trainer, MBA HR & Marketing
• Mr.Anand Choksi: A very successful Frachisee of RE/MAX
The discussion was on the RE/MAX experience on "How one can grow as an individual: it does not need any stroke of luck but a will power to achieve something." And that made a significant difference.
Best practices evolved by RE/MAX's 38 year experience of working in 84 countries were portrayed and compared with demands of Indian customers. Specific knowledge sharing on how to establish a successful real estate broking office and earn profits in a sustainable fashion was the outcome of this event.
RE/MAX is always looking forward to spread knowledge in real estate broking, and continues to organise regular events for interested prospects and those wanting to become franchisees of a profitable business. Visit www.remax-mgm.com for more details.
