The update was successfully completed last week and will result in a better performing portal for clients and at the same time, the security of the information held has been increased enormously," said Victor Hermans RDH Global's Chief Administration & Finance Officer.

"The update has been a long time in the making, primarily as a result of our company's growth and the necessity to retain, store and log personal and specific client information, while at the same time ensuring that this information is safe and secure. The new system also allows for multi-office administration, which will allow all of our offices to access the platform that it is now on," Victor Hermans added.

RDH Global currently have offices in Brussels, Hong Kong and Dubai to allow them to offer complete client services to Europe, Asia-Pacific and Middle-Eastern based clients.

"We are pleased to advise all clients that their online accounts were successfully updated to the new platform without any disruption to their facilities. The senior management team would like to pass on their sincere thanks to our IT team who worked so very hard in enabling this update to take place with minimal disruption to the service," Hermans concluded.
