Weissman was recently installed as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. This prestigious and renowned South Florida organization serves the local community of lawyers by enhancing attorney professionalism and promoting the administration of justice.

Weissman, who focuses his practice on catastrophic negligence and commercial disputes, has been at Ratzan Law Group for four years. He joined Ratzan Law Group after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his JD from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson he was a two-year member of the nationally renowned Trial Team, ranked # 1 in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report. He participated in advocacy competitions around the country and was recognized in the American Bar Association's Student Lawyer Magazine for winning first place in the ABA's National Arbitration Competition held in Austin, Texas.
