Ranch Rider Urges Families To Vote For Colorado's Horse-nality Of The Year
Ranch Rider launches its Colorado Horse-nality of the Year competition, a western themed talent contest with an X Factor twist. Every vote will be entered into a random draw to win a 2011 Lost Valley Ranch stay in the Centennial state.
- (1888PressRelease) October 26, 2010 - The X Factor might still be grabbing the headlines, but families thinking of saddling up for a riding holiday in 2011 are being urged to vote for Ranch Rider's Colorado Horse-nality of the Year. The tour operator has teamed up with Colorado Tourism to launch the western themed talent contest: trusty steeds from across the US state, battling it out for the prized title.
New horse-nalities will appear each week on the tour operator's dedicated blog (accessible from ranchrider.com) from now until the end of December 2010. A major incentive to participate, every vote will be entered into a random draw, one winner trotting off with a 7-night Lost Valley summer ranch stay (for two adults and two children) in Deckers, Colorado.
Saying goodbye to gameboys, generating a passion for the great outdoors and building confident young minds through challenging horseback experiences, are just some of the reasons why parents choose to ride out west. But according to Ranch Rider, it's the horses that really make the holiday - the tour operator basing this reasoning on the development of the novel contest.
The specialist features seven family friendly ranch stays across Colorado, Ranch Rider introducing the luxury North Fork Ranch in its forthcoming 2011 brochure.
At the Lost Valley morning and afternoon horseback rides through the Pike National Forest are complimented by an endless array of adventure pursuits including hiking, river tubing, fishing and square dancing.
