Kryterion Proctors undergo background checks, psychometric personality evaluations, references, 100 hours of training and a qualification exam. Rebekah Lovaas is a Kryterion operations analyst. She's worked with the company for more than two years and began her career as a Kryterion proctor. She moved from proctoring exams - to a senior professional proctor - providing support for the Online Proctoring Center's (OLP) team. Now, she handles test taker webcam orders and OLP office scheduling to ensure efficient support for the clients and OLP team.
"I don't see this as just a job," says Lovaas, 23. "I have benefits, opportunity to move up in the company and they're teaching me a lot about an industry that is constantly changing."
