Rainier Group Expands to South - Opens New Dallas Office
Rainier Group, a national consultancy firm, is expanding into the Texas market.

For the past 12 years, Rainier Group's consultants have advised Texas and Louisiana business owners with personal net worth ranging from $20 million to $1 billion.
The office opening will serve to expand the firm's presence in one of the most robust private enterprise markets in the country. The Texas business community produces the world's 12th largest economy with a Gross State Product in excess of $1 trillion annually, according to the Texas Small Business Association.
Texas's privately held and closely held businesses provide the economic underpinnings for the region's employment and future growth. However, due to the aging ownership demographic, 70 percent of these businesses will face a transfer of ownership in the next decade. The Dallas office will be the fifth location for The Rainier Group, which previously accelerated expansion from the Pacific Northwest into the South by opening offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The strategic expansion into the Southeast aligns with Rainier's specialized skills in business transition service (BTS) planning, providing a solid platform for further growth in the region.
