Radisson Blu Hosts Happy Day For Orphanage
Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis, emphasized its whole-hearted commitment to the local community by recently inviting 30 children from the Egyptian Orphanage Institution to break their fast at the hotel during the holy month of Ramadan.
- (1888PressRelease) August 28, 2012 - The hotel hosted 30 boys and girls aged between four and 10, together with 12 of their supervisors, for the delightful Iftar party. The event was part of the hotel's charity initiative, spearheaded by Assistant IT Manager Mohamed Azhary, to collect clothes and money from hotel employees and then donate them to the Orphanage.
The kids loved the 'party atmosphere' which was heightened by games, quizzes, presents and watching cartoon movies. The children from the Egyptian Orphanage Institution were very grateful for the chance to enjoy such a wonderful day and thanked the staff and associates for the delicious food and creating such a warm and welcoming occasion.
Mrs. Naglaa, the owner of the Egyptian Orphanage Institution, particularly thanked Mr. Ashraf Naguib, the General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis. She said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Ashraf Naguib who came out to support us, and extend my gratitude as well to the Radisson Blu Heliopolis team for creating this truly enjoyable event."

The Egyptian Orphanage Institution is a non-profit organization devoted to the care and welfare of boys and girls between the ages of four and 10 years. It provides education, teaches skills and provides shelter in a home environment for underprivileged children who have no parents or who have been abandoned by extended family members.
