K. Foxx, The Teknique Agency, and ClosetGEM joined forces to create a prom surprise of a lifetime for one lucky Bronx high school.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2013 - The glamorous prom experience will benefit the 50 senior girls of The Bronx High School for Writing and Communication Arts (BHSWCA), Class of 2013. BHSWCA is a community of writers. The students write poetry, plays, fiction/ non-fiction pieces and songs, as well as write for school publications, participate in poetry slams, act in school plays, make films, dance and create various works of art. They also work with professional writers, actors and artists every week through the school's lead partner, Epic Theatre Ensemble. "Every teenager should experience their Prom. I am so excited that I have joined forces with The Teknique Agency to make that dream come true for some young ladies" says K. Foxx. Tekoa Hash, co-Founder and President of The Teknique Agency says "the real beauty is in philanthropy. It is important to give back whenever you can".
K. Foxx will be surprising the unsuspecting high school students with a team of celebrity hair stylists, makeup artists, and stylists to give them a Prom Princess makeover complete with complimentary clothing, shoes, and product.
