Microsoft awards the Gold ERP competency in order to provide customers the knowledge that they are partnering with a well-experienced and proficient company. • Employ or contract with six unique MCPs with credentials not assigned to any other gold competency.
• Pass four rigorous Microsoft Dynamics exams

• Employ or contract with:
o Three people who have passed an Implementation Methodology assessment.
o Two people who have passed sales assessments.
o One person who has passed presales assessments.
• Provide five verifiable customer references.
• Participate in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT).
