- (1888PressRelease) November 20, 2012 - International celebrity stylist Kim Robinson brought the glamorous kimrobinson studio style to the Macau Grand Prix today, coiffing the locks of Swedish Formula 3 star Felix Rosenqvist to bring good luck ahead of this weekend's racing.
Rosenqvist, 21, was fourth quickest in today's second qualifying session, and the bronze and black kimrobinson studio liveried car will start from the second row of the grid for tomorrow's Qualification Race.
According to Chinese tradition, getting a haircut on Er Yue Er, the second day of the second Lunar month, when the dragon raises its head, brings good luck for the start of the Chinese New Year. With the Formula 3 Macau Grand Prix one of the most important races in a young driver's career, Kim Robinson gave Rosenqvist a signature kimrobinson studio "dry cut" to bring him luck ahead of the race.
As Kim Robinson snipped Rosenqvist's blond Swedish locks, he was mindful to keep the style as aerodynamic as possible, and gave the dashing young driver a cut which will withstand 15 laps of high-speed, high-octane racing. Trimming away at the split ends, Rosenqvist is coiffed and ready for his close-up should the kimrobinson studio car take the chequered flag on Sunday.
