The Space Coast Plaza is planned for Grissom Parkway, near the new Eckler's distribution center, the Space Coast Regional Airport and Port St. John.
Rabits & Romano was selected for the project because of its work on the neighboring Eckler's distribution center, which the firm completed on time and on budget.
In addition to the design work, Rabits & Romano will handle the construction documentation for the project.
