Quick Heal Technologies retained its number one title in Consumer and SOHO Antivirus (AV) Category for the third consecutive year. The CRN Magazine survey for CRN Channel Champions 2010, which is conducted in more than 147 cities, has revealed that Quick Heal is the most widely distributed and preferred Antivirus. It maintains a strong brand image in the consumer and SOHO category which no other Antivirus brand does.
This online survey was conducted by CRN Magazine for CRN Channel Champions 2010. The respondents voted their vendor preference and satisfaction on eight key parameters and 21 sub-criteria.

To assist the channels in increasing the revenues, Quick Heal ran special channel schemes. This year, it also offered new and improved renewal schemes thereby increasing the renewal revenue.
At the same time, to educate the channels, the company conducted road shows in different cities. The channels appreciated the fact that the company is very prompt in communicating information regarding products, prices and schemes. According to the survey results, the channels appreciated Quick Heal's post-sales support, provided by its own ground staff in over 25 cities.
