Quess Corp to enter into JV with CPI Engineering Services for Industrial Asset Management
Quess Corp Limited today announced the signing of a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with CPI Engineering Services Sdn Bhd.
- (1888PressRelease) January 29, 2016 - The new entity Himmer Industrial Services (M) Sdn Bhd is expected to expand the Industrial Asset Management business of Quess Corp Limited, under its brand Hofincons. The JV will offer world class Industrial Asset Management Services at competitive prices to its customers in Malaysia.
The JV agreement was signed by Mr. Ajit Isaac, Chairman & Managing Director, Quess Corp Limited and Tan Sri Dato Nasrudin Bin Bahari, Chairman, CPI Engineering Services Sdn Bhd, along with the management teams of both the organizations.
Speaking on the occasion, Ajit Isaac, Chairman and Managing Director, Quess Corp Limited, said, "The Asia Pacific region is an area of keen focus as we grow internationally. We already have operations in Philippines and Malaysia and starting operations in the USD 338 bn Malaysian economy in partnership with CPI Engineering Services is a logical next step. This JV will serve as an impetus to our industrial asset management business."
