QuadLabs announces restructuring in the Leadership Team
QuadLabs Technologies, a leader in the travel technology space, announces a major restructuring in the Leadership Team in an effort to better align the company as it sees increased global growth.
- (1888PressRelease) March 12, 2020 - QuadLabs Technologies today announced a major restructuring in the Leadership team as they see increase in Local & Global demand in their products & services. As a part of the restructuring, multiple business verticals are created internally and each vertical is now headed by Industry veteran. The focus is on making each vertical independent and working towards a common goal of the company.
QuadLabs launched Travog, a corporate travel & expense management system, almost 2 years back in the market. This system is now adopted well and praised by some of the biggest TMCs & Businesses in the world.

We have completed our restructuring of the management team by bringing some of the leaders from the Industry to join us and scale up the operations. We are opening up new markets globally and trying to strengthen our position in India. For the last few months, we have seen an unprecedented interest in our products in the local market. With the new team in place, I am sure we will be able to optimize our operations to handle growing demands.” said the CEO Mr. Gaurav Chiripal.
Mr. B. Rajan joins as Vice President – Sales & Marketing. Rajan has over 35 years of experience in the field of travel and technology service and techno-commercial sales. He has worked at leading travel organizations such as Interglobe Holidays, Galileo India and Worldspan (Travelport India). During his previous role with Zillious Solutions, he spent 8 years in selling business travel solutions to large TMC customers like Carlson, Thomas Cook / SOTC, FCM,Orient Travel and many more. With QuadLabs, he will be building a strong sales team to reach out to our global customers and manage the reseller network.
Mr. Pankaj Sawardekar joins as Head of Implementation & Customer Relations. Pankaj has a strong 15 years of experience in Business development, Product Management, Project Deliveries and Customer Relations in various companies like SOTC, Arzoo.com & Kuoni. His primary focus is building a strong delivery process in QuadLabs and automate the client onboarding. With a strong hold on adoption, he will be instrumental in helping our clients to speed up the adoption process.
Mr. Gaurav Kapur joins as Head of Support & Customer Relations. Gaurav has over 19 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur running an export organization along with a Travel & Tours company. He was involved in handling Sales, Marketing, Quality Control &Supply Chains in various geographies. An IT professional with Six Sigma Black Belt Certification helps him to control quality with bestin class processes.
