Doran Jones offers test process consultancy that includes Agile adoption, tools implementation and process advisory. Test management, execution and training round out their Software Testing services. Effectively, the partnership makes Doran Jones the first U.S. reseller of QASymphony products, providing a sales channel into the firm's established relationships with several tier-one banks, hedge funds and other global financial institutions.

Most recently, Doran Jones appointed a former Barclays executive, Keith Klain, to the role of COO and to run the firm's software testing practice. Klain most recently ran the Global Test Center for Barclays and was responsible for implementing new testing strategies including context-driven testing principles across the bank.
