PwC Private Business Awards Shortlist Online Resourcing for a Regional Rising Star Award
The Online Resourcing team were lucky enough to go to the National Private Business Awards sponsored by PwC at the Royal Opera House, London.
- (1888PressRelease) September 15, 2012 - After being shortlisted as a regional winner for the Rising Star Award, Online Resourcing received the enviable Private Business Award crystal in celebration of their successes in 2010 - 2011.

Attendance at the National Awards in London was an exercise in celebrating business in the UK. As regional winners, Online Resourcing wanted to be part of the cohort standing for business success. The event was held at the enviable Royal Opera House and was well attended with a delegate list of over 350 CEOs, entrepreneurs and their teams. Each party were congratulating each other on their respective developments and successes. The spectacular event climaxed with the presentation of awards to some of the UK's best loved and best performing Private Businesses.
Compered by Nick Robinson, the main emphasis was on celebrating greatness in a less than ideal climate. He highlighted how important it is to support the nations economy by celebrating its successes.
The winning categories range from Employer of the Year, Exporter of the Year, Rising Star of the Year, Business Woman of the Year, Social Enterprise of the Year, High Growth Enterprise of the Year, CEO of the Year, Family Business of the Year and Technology Innovation of the Year. The most prestigious award was the coveted Private Business of the Year.
National winners included Dyson (Technology of the Year), The White Company (Busienss Woman of the Year), Instarmac (Employer of the Year), Bryson Charitable Group (Social Enterprise of the Year), Ella's Kitchen Group (High Growth Enterprise), Otter Valves (Exporter of the Year), Mind Candy (Rising Star of the Year), R Griggs Group (CEO of the Year), OCS Group (Family Business of the Year) and JCB Excavators (Private Business of the Year).
