Punyam Academy Successfully Organized FoSTaC FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor Training
One more successfully organized one-day training program on Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) on 25th June, 2018 at Punyam Academy, Ahmedabad.
- (1888PressRelease) July 06, 2018 - Punyam Academy has added one more feather to its achievements by successfully organized one-day training program on Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) on 25th June, 2018, at Diamond Conference Hall, Punyam Academy, Ahmedabad. All the seats were booked before given deadline of registration and total 40 participants have attended this training program.
Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) had made training mandatory of all central and state on October 06th 2017. Each Food Business Operator, exceeding specified head count needs to have at least one trained person in their business premises to ensure food safety. In order to facilitate this training, FSSAI has designed a large scale Food Safety Training & Certification Program (FoSTaC) for food businesses across the value chain.
With this, Punyam Academy, industry leader in training of international compliance standards has successfully organized one-day training program as per FSSAI guideline for general manufacturing advance level. This one day training programme was conducted by FSSAI approved FoSTaC trainer Mr. Brijesh Patel and Ami Patel of Indian food solution and 40 participants from different 16 food organizations have been participated in this training program and Assessment of the same is done by separate FSSAI approved assessor.
The Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) - training program has covered following key objectives:
" Food Safety Management System in General
" Requirement of infrastructure
" Details of HACCP Plan
" Good Manufacturing Practice
" Details discussion on Process flow and Foods safety requirement at each step
" Personal hygiene and plant Hygiene
" Cross contamination
The entire training content was delivered in an easy to understand and implementable way. After the completion of the training the examination was taken by the assessor and based on the successful examination, Participants will get the training certificate from FSSAI. All the participants were very much satisfied with the way they were trained, based on their feedback.
