- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) August 02, 2013 - The purpose of this event is to help small non profits raise funds to go towards their prospective organizations. In order to raise these funds, the organizations are invited to participate in a Golfathon, "No Risk" Fundraiser, meaning the expenses are covered by pledges and sponsors.
These organizations solicit golfers and the golfers attend the event to support and play. They pay a certain amount of money to play that ultimately goes towards their prospective organization. This event begins at Sunrise and ends at Sundown.
Punch TV Network understands the dire necessity for small non profits and start ups to get their name out and build a repertoire of followers. Additional event sponsors for this year's invitational include companies such as The Regional Black Chamber of Commerce, Long Beach BMW, Long Beach Refuse Employee Association and Vice Mayor, Robert Garcia.
CEO of Punch TV Network Joseph Collins is honored to have been selected to be the one and only media outlet invited to report on this great event for a great cause and says, "Events that aim to help non-profits and start ups with a great purpose is what Punch TV is all about.
