URL, once the screen is up, in the search box, enter public works and purchasing showcase. The next box which is the city, enter Salinas, CA and next box - all dates. Another screen opens, then click on the name of the event in small bold lettering, this will open another box, click on the green register button, then click on the green check out box. Another screen opens, scroll down, enter information and click complete registration. Ticket will be sent to the email you entered.
