For Proventa International, it was indeed proven to be a blissful year. However, it wasn’t mainly luck that brought success to the company. It was teamwork and collaboration.

One of the most significant events in 2018 was Digital Transformation Strategy Meeting. It was the first-ever event that the company conducted in the Philippines, where majority of its employees are based. It was also the biggest, single event yet with over 100 executives from diverse industries attending.

According to Leo Empuerto, Co-Founder of Proventa International, it was the first time for most of them to witness how their way of organizing business meetings is truly a disruptor in the industry.

2018 was also a year of closing major deals and partnerships. The London and Manila offices reached groundbreaking records. One example was its signed deal with a life sciences company for business development outsourcing (BDO).

Another is their extensive partnerships with global clients. For the whole year of 2019, Proventa will be organizing strategy dinners and innovation spotlights in different parts of the world – both unique platforms where high-profile companies can showcase their services to pre-qualified, C-level audiences.

Across both coasts in the U.S., the consultancy also held, for the first time, end-to-end Life Sciences Strategy Meetings encompassing several areas of discipline: Research & Development, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology and Bioinformatics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Oncology totalling to nine strategy meetings in November 2018 alone. The series of strategy meetings attracted over 1,000 experts, executives, and decision-makers.

Moreover, the past year was a year of formation for the company. It was about forming teams that achieve optimum results. It was about building deeper relationships and getting to a point of trust that allows employees to be the best versions of themselves.

For sure, there are other noteworthy milestones but the most celebrated was Proventa’s fifth anniversary last June 2018. What started as a start-up in a house in Leytonstone, London with two ambitious and passionate businessmen is now a trusted consultancy with close to 100 employees, running over 33 events across three continents worldwide.
