(1888PressRelease) September 11, 2010 - Peter CLARKE and five others have filed nomination papers and officially entered the race to unseat the 25 year incumbent establishment candidate and his professional political civic career for Toronto's North York, Willowdale ward 23 this October 25.

Clarke who is NOT a career politician but rather your average independent citizen candidate and would be answerable only to voters and NOT a political party,special interest group or lobbyist.

Peter CLARKE CEO of Ellis Clarke International has been a resident of North York, Willowdale, Scarborough and Toronto since 1969 and is married to Tatiana Toledo a Venezuelan national.

Peter CLARKE believes in the following principles for his life and all endeavours:.
