  • (1888PressRelease) June 12, 2024 - In a bold move, prop-tech company BRESI LIMITED will shortly launch their real estate portal BRESI exclusively for branded residence projects around the globe.

    Branded Residences are elite residential real estate projects that are normally associated with a hotel brand, or a luxury retailer. They offer property purchasers an array of facilities and benefits that normally exceed that of non branded offerings. In most circumstances the properties are expertly managed by a hotel brand and either have an on site hotel or part of a hotel building.

    Branded residential development is currently one of the fast growing trends in luxury real estate.

    BRESI, aside from being designated exclusively for branded residences, has made the somewhat contentious choice to prohibit real estate agents from listing or promoting properties.

    Instead, only property developers, exclusive sole agents, or marketing agencies authorised by the developer will have the privilege to market projects on the platform.

    “We took into account the potential financial impact of limiting advertisers, but ultimately, the decision was straightforward. Our aim is to create a platform where developers can independently upload their projects, ensuring the accuracy of project information, eliminating duplicates, and preventing outdated details.

    This we believe will also greatly enhance the property search experience for buyers" Payne elaborated.

    BRESI's membership-based model (both free and paid) ensures that no commissions will be charged for introductions, and all leads will be directed straight to the developer.

    The portal is expected to launch this month along with a full scale marketing campaign.
