Ms. Lusky joined Progressive Benefit Solutions in 2003 as Client Service Representative. Since then, Lusky has been promoted to Account Manager and just last year, Senior Account Manager. In her new role as Director of Client Services, Lusky's primary focus is developing protocols for outstanding service. This includes supervising the client coordinators, organizational product training and development and delivering solutions to our clients through compliance management, adherence and development.
