Private premiere commemorates One Thousand Ocean's starring role in new HGTV 'Selling New York' episode

Held in a sprawling, $15-million-plus penthouse at One Thousand Ocean this August, on the same evening that the episode was scheduled to air on the HGTV network, the event enabled partygoers to preview the episode before others across the U.S. and Canada watched it.
Celebrity guest of honor Sabrina Kleier-Morgenstern, who is among stars of the highly rated "Selling New York" reality series, was a welcomed addition to the festivities, which included a cocktail and dessert reception, as well as the prescreening - replete with movie concession-type treats - shown on a giant screen.
"Other series stars, Michele Kleier and Samantha Kleier-Forbes, had planned on attending the event. But, at the last minute, they had to remain in New York to film another episode of 'Selling New York,'" explained Jamie Telchin, president of development for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels. Telchin managed the development of the 52-unit, seven-story, modern building that is currently 75 percent sold.
"We've learned a lot about show business," Sabrina Kleier-Morgenstern told the guests. "Most importantly, the show must always go on!"
Photographers clicked away, capturing the evening's excitement that included not only rave reviews for the episode, but also for the 8,770 square feet of interior space in the penthouse (not to mention its 4,417 square feet of outdoor terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Boca Raton Inlet, Lake Boca Raton and city).
