Primus Brazil Deployed ALOE Systems' Softswitch to Provide Advanced Wholesale Carrier Services

To provide international long distance services country-wide throughout Brazil the carrier deployed MVTS II, a carrier-grade softswitch with billing functionality, integrated transcoding and real-time/QoS/least cost routing.
By arranging all communications on a single software platform Primus Brazil was able to seamlessly migrate to green all-IP technologies that require minimum hardware. The scalability of MVTS II allows the carrier to economize on hardware though increasing the system capacity.
