    This SCIP Western New York chapter meeting will be held at Paychex, 911 Panorama Trail South, in Rochester, New York. Lunch and networking will start at 12:30 pm, followed by an overview of primary intelligence activities and a Q&A and networking session.     Roger Phelps is the President of Phelps Research Services in Madison, WI. For the last 10 years his company has been providing competitive intelligences services for a wide variety of private and public firms. He has been a SCIP member since 2002 and has spoken on the topic of primary intelligence at five National SCIP Conferences and numerous SCIP Chapter meetings.
