Pride Family Brands Inks Long Term Lease Agreement For Chicago Merchandise Mart Showroom
Pride Family Brands announces that it will maintain a permanent showroom in the historic Chicago Merchandise Mart on a long term basis.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) April 03, 2015 - This agreement was made between Pride and Merchandise Mart Properties (MMPI) for the continued occupancy of Pride's showroom on the Mart's 15th floor. The luxury casual furniture designer and manufacturer has maintained the 11,000 square foot showroom since 2012 when it relocated due to the restructuring of the casual furnishing floors. With this lease agreement, the showroom will continue to be the focal point of Pride's designer and specialty sales activities including the International Casual Furnishings Association's July and September markets.
"The Mart is a proven supporter of our industry and subsequently, Pride Family Brands is committed to maintaining a major presence within The Mart.
