Cangelosi brings nearly 20 years of retail leasing and management experience to Present Value Properties and currently represents, El Pollo Loco, TGI Fridays, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Pizza Hut, and Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburger. Prior to joining RNLP, Cangelosi was Director of Leasing at O&S Holdings as well as UDO Real Estate, Ltd. Cangelosi has represented tenants such as Panera Bread, Rite Aid, Juice it Up!, Texaco, and many others.
