Pratacom Names Chief Technology Officer
Enterprise solutions provider Pratacom has named Timothy Rider CTO. He joins the Chicago IL finance technology company from eRollout Solutions, where he held the same position. Pratacom focuses on technology based financial services.

Rider reports to Malcom Earner, president of Pratacom, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of Cebril Ltd, a $25 million publicly traded India-based software solutions and outsourcing service provider.
Prior to his appointment, Rider was vice president and CTO at eRollout Solutions, where he guided the company's product-based services turnaround strategy, until its acquisition by Allestate in December 2007. At Allestate, he continued in that role, leading eRollout's integration with the parent company.
