PowerStone More Than Doubles Their Goal And Sets Team Donation Record For PCRF Reaching For The Cure Event

(1888PressRelease) April 10, 2015 - PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County California based property management firm announced today that $52,175 was raised in support of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF) which recently hosted their Reaching for the Cure Event. The 17th Annual 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, 1K Kids' Fun Run & Bike Tour event was held at Irvine Valley College on March 28TH and 29th. It is one of OC's favorite weekend family events. This year the event raised a grand total of over $220,000, including Corporate Sponsor PowerStone's donation - the largest amount for a Corporate Champion team for the third year in a row.

"The event gets better every year. Everyone has fun and the donations keep climbing. All in all an incredible success." Says Rene' Decker, CEO of PowerStone, who adds: "Our team of volunteers led by event Chairperson Kendrah Kay beat the plan and raised the bar even higher. PowerStone raised over $52,000 for our event this year. This is the third year that Powerstone has been our largest fundraiser as an Individual Team. This year PowerStone recruited the following five Platinum Level Sponsors who have each donated a minimum of $2,500 to the PCRF cause: Antis Roofing & Waterproofing, Berding & Weil, James LeCourt Plumbing, LLP Law Firm, O'Connell Landscape Maintenance Inc., and ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance.
