These state-of-the-art printer and heat press will allow Post-Up Stand to make their already cost-effective, quality trade show solutions even better. It has always been the goal of Post-Up Stand to offer clients a product that will grab attention and out-last the competition.
The new Mimaki and Monti Antonio dye-sublimation system utilizes a two-step fabric printing process that initially prints images and wording using the Mimaki printer on coated transfer paper as a reverse of the final design. Afterwards, the printed transfer paper runs with plain fabric through the Monti Antonio heat press at a temperature of 370 degrees. The dye turns into a gas and permeates the fabric, solidifying graphics and wording into the fibers. This process allows Post-Up Stand to create a product that will last through repeated use, as well as multiple washer and dryer runs.
The advanced dye-sublimation system can be used with almost all Post-Up Stand products, making it the ideal solution for any trade show display, point-of-sale display, or major event.
