- (1888PressRelease) August 03, 2012 - PHUKET, THAILAND - Bangkok-based developer Tri Property has successfully penetrated Phuket's high-end property market with an affordable accommodation concept on the north west coast of Phuket, reporting rapid sales of more than 70 per cent of the recently launched Zcape Condominium units on July 28.
Following Tri Property's sold-out success in 2010 with low-density condominium developments Proud and ProudX2, in Cheang Wattana, in Bangkok, the developer's space-saving concept proved a perfect fit for the west coast of Phuket.
Local and foreign buyers flocked to the Zcape Condominium sales booths at Central Festival Phuket and Tesco Lotus Thalang on July 28, after a high-profile campaign launched a week earlier, on July 21, offering studio and single-bedroom units, plus studio/bedroom units with innovative 'flip & slide' furniture and partition walls to transform living space.
Tri Property CEO, Adisorn Vivakanond, said Zcape Condominium's 198 units had a project value of Bt495mn, and aimed to attract local property buyers with compact and affordable accommodation concepts.
"With the help of Phuket-based marcom network, Prodigy One, we have successfully penetrated Phuket's high-end property market with smartly-designed condo units, starting from just Bt1.19mn, in one of the island's most prestigious resort and residential districts," said Adisorn.
Tri Property CFO and native of Phuket, Chaiwat Tuntiwiwat, said Zcape Condominium was aimed at offering trendy accommodation in a prime location that was within reach of local buyers.
