Popular Social Media Influencers Host Original Shows on Video Entertainment Platform InVidMe
As social media influencers have become a staple for brands to promote their products and services, they’ve created a new type of celebrity. Most influencers simply promote brands and post content that helps them grow their audience. As expected, interacting with their fans and followers has become quite difficult and tedious since platforms only allow text comments and reposting favorite content.
- Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) April 13, 2019 - InVidMe is excited to announce they have opened their platforms to influencers in order to create original content and shows. Internet sensation Alex Kawaguchi is hosting a show where he plays a popular character he created named Jeff Jeff. Popular social media influencers Brooke Barry and Paige Mackenzie are hosting a reality show called Truth or Dare. And TikTok star Nathan Evan hosts a show called Would you Rather. In each show, the influencer is the host where they provide scenarios, questions, or fun content. Then their fans can now engage through video reactions, responses, and comments.
“This platform looks dope and so unique!” said influencer Brooke Barry. “I’m excited to create content and finally be able to really talk to my fans and have them engage with me!”
With a collective 18 million fans & followers on social media, every influencer joining InVidMe sees the potential in the innovative new platform. Reality shows have been around for decades, but never in a way people can interact with. Voting for a show like American Idol is one thing, but being able to finish singing a verse after watching a video of a contestant start the verse is a whole new level of engagement. This is what InVidMe is now offering. Influencer and singer Emily Lucas hosts a show on InVidMe that does just that. Anyone can now sing the second part of a song that Emily starts to sing and cuts off for people to finish.
Also, the platform has a feature called “Spotlights”. The platform is the first in the world to offer this unique compilation of top quality videos. “I have to scroll through long feeds when trying to find videos or pictures that I like.” Said COO and Cofounder Jason Sherman. “This makes me close apps like Instagram and TikTok pretty quick. By curating the best of the best videos into spotlights, I know when I click ‘play’ I will be watching quality content.”
If you want to interact with popular influencers and earn a shot to be featured in a spotlight, download the free InVidMe app for iPhone or Android.
