Popmingle.com Launches as a Unique Chat Site
The recent launch of Popmingle.com is a step towards a new paradigm in chat sites and how people connect with one another.

Launched on April 10th, 2013 after 9 months of development, the site intends to help people connect with their neighbors and make new friends.
