Menu Includes:
· Belly Up Blonde Ale paired with Chef's Choice Appetizers
· Fort Ord Wheat paired with Orange Glazed Pork Rillettes Grilled Apricots, House Made Ricotta, Fennel, Summer Greens, Local Honey Vinaigrette
· 40 Acer Pale Ale paired with Poor Man's Lobster Stew Seared Monk Fish, Fingerling Potatoes, Braised Fennel, Clams, Saffron Lobster Nage, Grilled Sour dough
· Legend of Laguna IPA paired with Vadouvan and Ale Braised Leg of Lamb Cauliflower and Caramelized Onion Gratian, English Pea, Piquillo Puree, Crisp Poppadum
· Intermezzo Verjus granitée
· Chardonnay Barrel Aged Pale Ale paired with Peach Semifreddo Tower Phyllo Leaf, Almond Brittle, Spiced Rum Glaze
