Some of their unique offerings include climate-controlled, secure storage facilities and adjustable scheduling. PODS® Las Vegas secured an ideal key facility in a hyper-competitive market. The space amounts to over 145,000 square feet in North Las Vegas, which will help to meet the growing demand for their services.
The new PODS® Las Vegas facility will have the same features that customers know and love. The Las Vegas climate can't be ignored when considering where to store your items. The new indoor facility will have air conditioning and a dehumidifier to keep the temperature and humidity levels controlled. Using climate control and sturdy, steel-frame containers, PODS has focused on providing a double layer of protection from the elements for your items. Security measures are a priority for PODS as well. The new storage center is secure and not open to the public. You can easily access your stored container by making an appointment and using a key that only you have.
The PODS containerized concept was developed by a fireman in Florida over 20 years ago. It remains a solution for the high cost of gas, renting moving trucks to transport your own items, and driving back and forth from your home to sketchy self-storage facilities. PODS brings the container to you, you fill it on your own time, use your own lock, and your valuables are then safely transported to a local PODS Storage Center, where you can access them as needed. In the event of needing moving services, your PODS container can be transported across town or across the country.
