The agency was founded in 2003 as Perez Montalbetti Advertising by original partners Patricio Montalbetti, and Eduardo Perez. Ricky Echegaray also became involved later. The company began with three employees and no clients. The firm celebrated the occasion with a party for staff members. At the celebration founding partners Montalbetti, Perez and Echegaray took the lead in inaugurating the festivities.
