- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) February 13, 2012 - Planet LA Records and partners are pleased to present a private pre-GRAMMY® party on February 9, 2012 hosted by the Belgian Consul General at his residence in support of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation and featuring GRAMMY® award winners, nominees in the 54th Annual GRAMMY® Awards and other leading talent.
The event will feature platinum-selling Belgian artist Milow, six-time GRAMMY® winning artist Daniel Ho performing with two-time GRAMMY® winning artist and actress Tia Carrere who will appear on NBC's upcoming Celebrity Apprentice, Cimorelli, six harmonizing sisters and social media stars who have over 130 million views on YouTube and listed on Billboard's Social 50, American Idol vocal coach and Star Search winner Peggi Blu performing with her GRAMMY® winning producer husband Ted Perlman and other artists. The event will also honor two-time GRAMMY® winner Tony Maserati whose mixing and production credits include songs by Milow, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Jason Mraz, Planet LA Records artist Native June and many others.
Part of the proceeds from the event including event donations, silent auction items and donations from the live streaming of the performances by iBand.me will benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation in its efforts to restore instrumental music education programs in America's public schools and raise awareness about the importance of music as part of each child's complete education.
