Plain English's 'Urban Cabin' Kitchen Heralds A New Back-To-Basics Trend In Kitchen Design
Plain English has launched its 'urban cabin' kitchen as a response to the post credit-crunch zeitgeist of the new decade.
- (1888PressRelease) December 17, 2011 - United Kingdom, London - With an increasing number of people longing to get back to the basics of rural life but fewer being able to afford to do so, The Osea designer kitchen brings the earthiness of the countryside to the city.
"In our experience, people are looking for simplicity, sustainability and a route to a more harmonious life. They don't want decorative showcase rooms any longer, they want beautiful materials, practical design and craftsmanship."
The Osea luxury kitchen (named after the wild, natural landscape of Osea Island off the Essex coast) has an elemental feel with its use of wood, stone and metal. The simplicity of its kitchen design makes it trend-proof and the quality of its craftsmanship means it will probably outlast its owners.
The Osea designer kitchen is on display at Plain English, Marylebone, 28 Blandford Street, London W1U 4BZ.
