Pinon Grill Set To Redefine South Florida Dining Landscape With Inspiring 'New American' Cuisine
Stylish Culinary Classics and Exciting Flavors from America's Melting Pot
Served In a Visually Spectacular Dining Setting.
- (1888PressRelease) November 12, 2010 - BOCA RATON, Fla - With its intriguing New American menu and warmly sophisticated interiors, Piņon Grill, located at The Terrace at Town Center, aims to offer South Floridians an entirely fresh palette and dining perspective. The Grand Opening, taking place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, will provide invitees a first look at the stunning 8,000 square-foot space, and a first taste of the exhilarating flavors to come.
"At Piņon Grill, we serve New American cuisine in the truest sense. Our open interiors and natural design elements pay homage to the real America, as does our cuisine. We take dishes that have, over the years, through America's cultural melting pot, become beloved American mainstays, and combine them with the unique flavor profiles of foods that have since 'immigrated' here. The result is an exceptional flavor profile unlike any other," explains Kevin Blair, Managing Director, who alongside Jeffrey R. Anderson, spearheaded the creative vision for Piņon Grill.
Distinctive dishes presented in a straightforward fashion emphasize the striking simplicity of fresh, organic and locally grown ingredients and flavors. Signature chef specialties include Lobster and Crab Ceviche, Chicken Paillard, Braised Boneless Short Rib, Grilled Vegetable Burger, Chilean Sea Bass with Pesto and Thai Chili Beurre Blanc, and Lobster Penne Pasta with Brie Sauce. Homemade desserts, including White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Peanut Butter Pie, and a flourless chocolate & "cherried" waffle with ice cream, are also prepared fresh on-site daily.
Piņon Grill's spectacular interiors, reminiscent of the Prairie Style architectural movement of the early 1920s and 30s, are an integration of both structural and esthetic beauty. Recessed wood ceilings, exquisite bronzed piņon tree sculptures, and life-size, wood-carved Native American dancers silhouetted against vibrant 'living art' glass truly lend themselves to a visually memorable dining experience. A striking collection of paintings by conceptual artist Marcia K. Moore and distinct metal work by renowned Native American artist Allan Houser add to the excitement of Piņon Grill's dining room appeal.
Piņon's inviting bar area features an executive-style lounge with a variety of indoor and outdoor seating options. A walnut slab community table beckons for guests to pull up a chair. Illuminated poured resin lounge tables serve as the perfect backdrop for a social or business cocktail. Signature beverage offerings present the classics crafted with exceptional precision, with an emphasis on fresh-squeezed fruits and organic vegetable juice additions. A generous wine list consisting of more than 80 quality brands, with 30 quality brands available by the glass, is also available.
