Virginia OBGYN Practice Opens New North Arlington OBGYN Office, the Fifth Location for the Practice.
We have created a footprint for northern Virginia that puts multiple offices close to patients homes and offices.
(1888PressRelease) May 15, 2013 - The Physicians and Midwives Collaborative Practice is opening a brand new office in North Arlington, Virginia. The new office located at 3803 N Fairfax Dr #500, Arlington, VA 22203 will be the fifth location for the practice. It already has four convenient locations in Alexandria, Kingstowne, Mt Vernon and Woodbridge.
"We are delighted to provide another location to cater to both existing and new patients," Dr. David Giammittorio, CEO of The Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice said. "We have created a footprint for northern Virginia that puts multiple offices close to patients' homes and offices. The new office will now become another essential part of this footprint."
Located just steps from the Virginia Square Metro, the additional office is scheduled to open in June 2013. Women who are patients of the practice are able to take full advantage of the many features it provides. Not least of these is the ability to move between the practices and be mobile across the footprint of the different locations across Northern Virginia. The expansion into North Arlington shows how committed The Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice is to making sure all women have the best access to a wide range of medical services.
While the practice is known for offering gynecology, obstetrics and midwifery services, women can also take advantage of a well woman exam, in office sonograms and 24/7 in-hospital care when required.
"The convenience of our services is second to none," confirmed Dr. Giammittorio. "We ensure our patients can visit us at all our office locations, depending on which one is more convenient for them. The opening of our new office will help make this important part of our service even more accessible."
The Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice is also well known for offering a convenient online appointment scheduling system. This means patients can book an appointment that is ideal for her needs and lifestyle, leading to far less cancellations and wasted time for all concerned. Alternatively, there is a centralized phone scheduling service with staff that can make appointments to suit the patient.
"A typical OB-GYN practice will often involve sharing of patients across nights and weekends," Dr. Giammittorio explained. "We believe this system can lead to unacceptable gaps in care. That's why we operate in a completely different way, so the patient always comes first."
The website offers plenty of information on the services offered at all five offices across the Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice network. It also provides advice and articles to help women stay healthier throughout their lives.
