PHX Architecture Designs Own Office
PHX Architecture in Scottsdale, AZ has designed their own office space and relocated as of September, 2014.
- Phoenix-Mesa, AZ (1888PressRelease) October 04, 2014 - PHX Architecture has relocated to a new office space they have designed themselves. With over twenty-five designers and architects, this was an extensive project, considering that the firm has only twenty-five designers and architects.
The new location is within the Scottsdale Airpark on the Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale. The team at PHX Architecture completed a full and fast Tenant Improvement on the 6,000 sf space in a record 60 days.
The idea for a renovation of an existing space was one that the firm was extremely excited about, yet became a test of true colors and essentially, PHX Architecture becoming its own client.
"It has been a great, gratifying experience to be able to design a new space our own," Nikal Conti, Principal of PHX Architecture said. "As we continue to expand and grow, we are excited to be able to continue producing quality design in our own custom- designed space."
The Firm's new space includes three conference rooms, a custom-made kitchen, and a large open studio. Continuing along with the same open, creative floor plan from their previous office, PHX Architecture has incorporated many custom details into the design and layout. With open ceilings, concrete floors, and plenty of natural lighting, the new office space is trendy, modern, and allows for growth and advancement in design that PHX Architecture embodies.
The award winning architecture team, along with Kraemer Engineering, worked closely with the City of Scottsdale to allow AJ Salcito Construction to begin the day after the lease was signed. Salcito pulled together a team that included CyberSound, Cyber Electric, Goodall Custom Cabinetry, Stockett Tile and Stone, and suppliers including Fergusons, Bedrosian Tile & Stone, Premier Wood Floors, Wolf/Subzero, RJ Bromley Construction, and many more.
"We are so grateful for the time and effort that each of these companies has provided us during this renovation," said Conti. "It's because of them we were able to build out the space so quickly, and see our design realized."
The Firm plans to launch their new location with a Grand Opening Party in October to acknowledge and thank everyone who contributed to the move, and to introduce clients, colleagues, and new neighbors to the location.
The new office address is located at 15990 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop, Suite C-100, Scottsdale, AZ, 85260.
