Huma Island Resort & Spa, a luxury Philippines resort, has hired Captain Eric Brill, an American seaplane pilot, as its Chief Pilot of Seaplane Operations.

In an intrepid and calculated talent acquisition to its seaplane operations, Huma Island Resort & Spa in the Philippines, managed by Kuwaiti-based International Trade Holding Company, successfully recruited Captain Eric Brill, a highly experienced and industry leading seaplane pilot, as its Chief Pilot and Seaplane Type Rating Instructor.
Captain Eric Brill is an American pilot and Certified Flight Instructor who brings specialized sets of skills and talents, both in and out of the cockpit, to the seaplane service operated by the luxury Huma Island Resort & Spa. He has operated seaplane aircraft in the United States, South America, the Maldives, and India prior to arriving in the Philippines. He has been flying for almost a decade.
The recruitment of Captain Eric Brill as Chief Pilot and Seaplane Type Rating Instructor by Huma Island Resort & Spa, built as a premium holiday destination for the discerning traveler and a spectacular hideaway nestled in Busuanga, Palawan, in the Philippines, is another indicator of significant growth and development of both Huma Island Resort & Spa as a destination and the Phillipines' seaplane industry as a transportation sector.
Captain Brill was previously employed as Chief Pilot and Seaplane Type Rating Instructor at India's only flying seaplane operator during the time, and prior to India, spent years flying seaplanes at the world's largest operator of seaplanes in the Maldives, where millions of visiting tourists annually travel by seaplane.
