This award was presented to owner Phil Kean in Las Vegas in February, recognizing PKDG's work in creating innovative and sustainable custom homes for their clients.
Kean was nominated by the Greater Orlando Builders' Association in Orlando, Florida. This nomination was earned due to PKDG's work on The New American Home that was created for the International Builders' Show in 2012, which took place in Orlando. In addition to this home, PKDG has designed and built a large number of homes in the central Florida area with architectural styles including modern, Spanish, French, and traditional.
