A 5-day hybrid event, it is being executed LIVE from PHD House in Delhi, India and scaled to a global virtual audience through Almond Virtex. Supported by the Ministry of External Affairs, the mammoth event includes six big-scale sub-events like the Global Residency & Citizenship Hybrid Expo (GRACE) that includes participation from 100+ exhibitors.

After a multi-agency pitch, Team Almond was handed over the duties for – management of the physical event, creation and management of the virtual platform, and event marketing. The two key challenges for virtual/hybrid events of a global scale where the attendees include VIP officials from embassies and ambassadors were security and simplicity. The team built the platform with designs, features and user-experience customizations that have created a wholesome informative and engaging experience for the attendees.

Since Almond Solutions also specializes in end-to-end digital marketing services, the team managed paid and social media marketing for the event with the objective of awareness and lead generation.
