LeBlanc enjoys mentoring and believes that she has many business and life experiences to share with others through speaking engagements.
(1888PressRelease) May 10, 2008 - Kevin Alft, ActionCOACH, Master Licensee, has named Lori LeBlanc as an ActionCOACH.
LeBlanc will initially be working out of her home office, with her practice based in South Texas, focusing on Galveston County. However, in addition to South Texas, her license allows her to cover New Mexico, Utah and Southern Idaho.
LeBlanc plans to build a firm within the next 12 months. For 16 years, LeBlanc has worked as a pharmacist and sales manager. She has also owned several businesses, including a publishing company, a Christian gift and coffee shop, a photography business and a real estate investing company.
“I have been responsible for a number of special projects over the years including several district and community-wide training programs,” she said.
LeBlanc has played a mentoring role in the life of some of her subordinates.
“I have helped them transition back into college, which, in turn, has enabled them to receive job positions of greater pay and responsibility,” she said.
LeBlanc has also self-published a Christian novel, titled, Surrender - An Inspirational Romance.
Tired of corporate life, LeBlanc felt like she was being constantly forced to conform to a one-dimensional existence.
“Becoming an ActionCOACH will provide the opportunity to help business owners reduce the stress associated with business ownership and allow them to live healthier lives. I plan to offer health coaching as a bonus to really help them improve their lives,” she said.
Upon reading ActionCOACH’s “14 Points of Culture,” LeBlanc was hooked. “Each one of the points really resonated with my own beliefs and values and made me want to be part of a global community that aspired to live by these points every single day,” she said.
LeBlanc is an advocate of family life.
Being an ActionCOACH will allow her the flexibility to work around her children’s schedule, and she wants to help her clients achieve the same balance in their personal and professional lives. “I want to help my clients create more free time to spend with their families as well as generate more income so that they can live the life they dream about,” she said.
LeBlanc is a member of the Friendswood Community Church. She also assists her husband in coaching and managing several of their children’s sports teams.
A member of the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Female Executives, she is currently in the process of joining the Bay Area Elite Network Chapter of BNI.
