Located in Quakertown, PA, the test home and sixteen acres it sits on has been certified by independently trained Building Biologists to the IBE Healthy Home Standard. Prior to delivery, the unit is checked for volatile organic compounds (VOC's), energy efficiency, formaldehyde, mold, electromagnetic fields (EMF's), communications frequency pollution reductions, and radiation. These homes are the most transparent on the market today. Third party certification measures what is present in each home.
Each factory built home is available in single family and multi-generational, multi-family, as well as, commercial structures. The company offers unique design options and sizes to suit personal preferences. The homes can be customized to be 100% self sustaining (off the grid), all the while maintaining a level of great comfort and sharp aesthetics. The homes come to life in a factory with non-contaminating construction protocols with highly trained personnel, eliminating pollutants and weather issues. To guarantee this, each home is inspected at every step of the manufacturing process. These homes start at $150.00 sq. ft. depending on interior and exterior finishes.
To ensure individual compatibility, the test unit can be rented for up to a week stay. Following a successful stay in the test unit people can order a home of their own.
